WILLIAM CRUSH DADDY

to be a Member of the Auckland Harbour Board.

THOMAS WILLIAMS

has been re-appointed a Member of the Auckland Harbour Board, in pursuance of Section 12 of “The Auckland Harbour Board Act, 1871.”

Also, that in pursuance of Section 10 of the said Act,

DONALD HUGH MCKENZIE

has been duly elected a Member of said Board, in place of Jeremiah Casey.

THE Consideration of the Order made by the Wangarei District Board for taking a road through private property, under “The Highway Boards Empowering Act, 1871,” has been adjourned until eleven o’clock, a.m., on Tuesday, the 26th inst., at this Office.

IN pursuance of the fifth section of “The Highways Act, 1871,” I do hereby bring the said Act into operation within the

AWITU HIGHWAY DISTRICT,

and I do hereby appoint the First Meeting of Ratepayers to take place at the School House, Awitu, on Saturday, the 30th day of May instant, at one o’clock in the afternoon, and Mr. Henry Garland to be chairman of such meeting.

Given under my hand, at Auckland, this twenty-first day of May, 1874.
