I, JOHN WILLIAMSON, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, having duly taken into consideration the Order made by the WAIKU NORTH Highway District Board (and the Objection made thereto), for the making of a road from the farms of Messrs. McDonald and McKenzie, along the main branch, through lots 5 and 69, to bridge on said branch within the said District, do hereby, by virtue of the powers conferred on me by Section 33 of "The Highway Boards Empowering Act, 1871," confirm the said Order without variation.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, this eighth day of May, 1874.

IN pursuance of the sixth clause of "The Slaughter-house Act, 1866," it is hereby notified, for general information, that application has been made to me by JOHN FISHER, of Auckland, for the renewal of the Private Slaughter-house License, granted to the premises known as Peachy’s farm at Ellerslie.
Objections against the granting of such License must be lodged at this office within one calendar month from the date of publication hereof.
