PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
PANUITANGA.
WHEREAS by virtue of a Writ to him directed, and dated the third day of October, 1873,
TO TE MEA kua tae ki aia te pukapuka Riti o te 3 o nga ra o Oketopa, 1873, ki te tino Apiha o Akarana, kua meatia he karangarangata o te Porowini o Akarana, a nana i whakatau i nga tangata whai mana mo taua mahi, i runga i te ture kua meatia ai;
the Principal Returning Officer for the Province of Auckland, has caused an election to be used, by the karangarangata o te Porowini o Akarana, a nana i pata i nga tangata whai mana ki te tuku i to ratou reinga mo te tino tangata tika ma te hunga katoa o tenei Porowini ki te mahi Superintendence:
AND WHEREAS the said Principal Returning Officer has this day publicly declared that, at the said election, I, John Williamson, have been duly elected ko ahau ko Te Wiremuhana kua tu hei Hupiritene mo tenei Porowini.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said John Williamson, do hereby give public notice that I have this day assumed the Office of Superintendent of the said Province of Auckland accordingly, and I hereby also call upon the Inhabitants of the said Province to be aiding and assisting me therein.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, this twentieth day of November, 1873.
