In pursuance of the 20th Section of "The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1870," it is hereby notified for general information that application has been made to me by

Mr. James H. Phillips, of Raglan,

for permission to use for mill driving purposes, the water flowing through allotment number 15 of the Parish of Karioi, together with the right to construct a Dam thereupon.
