NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Shortland, on the 5th day of December next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries of the lands as translated from the claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Tamati Waka Te Puhi, Rangite- Te Waihirere, near Te Puru The boundaries are shown on the map The maps of such lands as have been surveyed can be seen in the Office of the Inspector of Surveys, Auckland.

Meremana Konui Reoreo, Hauraki The boundaries are shown on the map
Matene Te Nga, Kapihana (‘Te’) Tawhitowhenua, near Te Kirikiri Commences at the Maire River and goes towards the South by the boundary of Te Kowhai and Tawhitowhenua, and goes on to the river that forms the boundary of Warahoe and Tawhitowhenua, then goes towards the East in that river, and goes up to Pukekorahi, then goes up to the source of the Waiheru River, goes on thence a short distance and turns towards the North until it reaches the boundaries of Taratu and Waipatukahu, then turns towards the West on that boundary, and thence back to the starting point.

Ari Te Ahuroa, Te Awhi, Nata- Te Ahuroa, near Warahoe Commences at Te Ahuroa on the North of Warahoe on the boundary of Waiheru and Taratu already granted, and goes on to Te Karaka and To Rato, then goes up on to ridge, and down to the Panerahi River, then turns towards the East in that river on the South of Whakapaetuara, then goes up on to the ridge of Warahoe and Te Kirikiri, and on to the Totara — a tree forming an old land mark, then goes along that ridge until it reaches Tahutuhituhi, and Te Wharua, then turns towards the South by a ditch which runs into the Wara-
