Punia, Tame Kaka, and others Te Tatua-o-Haua, near Piako The boundaries of this land are shown on the map
Paratoenga, Kereti Te Moananui, Taraiti Te Rangihau, Hiroa, Ngakuku, Te Arihi Taruke, Te Kahore, Rangi Waihoroa, Merania, Tarapuhi, and others Waiharakeke, near the Waihou River Bounded on the East by the boundary of the Confiscated Land of Tauranga; on the West by the boundary of Turangaomoana.
Wini Kerei Te Whetuiti, and others Waihongi, near Piako Commences at Paepaeti and goes towards the West to Waiharakeke and Mangakahikatoa, then goes towards the North by the Waiharakeke River to Ngutu-o-tekokoreke, then turns towards the East and goes on to Te Whare-o-Whanue, thence to Te Rau-o-temapau and Waihongi, then turns towards the South and goes on to Paepaeti, the starting point.

Rihia Te Kauae, Te Hotene, Turapipi, Rota, Hone Te Kuti Waihekau No. 1 Commencing at the junction of the Piraunui and Waitoa streams, thence along the Piraunui stream to Ngamako, thence inland to Tawarere, thence to Waihekau which it crosses, thence to Rautawhiri, Paraeroa, to Rua o tumu on the Waitoa, thence along the Waitoa to its junction with Piraunui. A piece of Government land is included in these boundaries which will be shown on the map.
Rihia Te Kauae and others Waihekau No. 2 Above Waihekau No. 1. Commencing by the Piraunui stream at Ngamako, thence to Rau o tumu on the Waitoa, along the Waitoa to Kahia, Wharawhara, and to the Ngatihaua boundary, thence inland to the source of the Piraunui stream and thence along the stream to Ngamako. Seen at the Resident Court, Hamilton.
