NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Kapanga, Coromandel on the 29th of October next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant Name and Locality of Block Boundaries of the lands as translated from the claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Nikorima Poutotara and others Pakirahi The boundaries are shown on the map The maps of such of these lands, as have been surveyed, can be seen at the Office of the Inspector of Surveys, Auckland.
Rufa Pahau, Peata, Paraone Te Rarama, and Natunahira Te Urupa Kerita, near Manaia The boundaries are shown on the map
Awama Taipiata, Tewi Te Ipuia and Te Hire Hirini Tawhitirahi near Manaia Commence at the South at Te Akeake and goes on to Te Waihirere, Te Iwituaroa Tokangakura, Putaringa, and Parahirahi, then turns towards the East at the Tupa River, and goes up to Tawhitirahi, then turns towards the North and goes along on the ridge to Te Tautiti, then turns again towards the South and goes on to Te Tokotoko, Waiwhatawhata, Te Tapuae, Rerewhitu, and Te Kapara, and joins on to the commencing point.

Tukohu Whakataha, Manaia The boundaries are shown on the map
Hohepa Paraone, and Kataraina Waitotara, Manaia The boundaries are shown on the map
Mere H. Taipari Te Wairoa, near Whangapoua The boundaries are shown on the map
Repiu Tokata Te Rape, near Whitianga The land is surveyed, and the boundaries are shown on the map
Ruihana Kawhero, and Tupotiki Kawhero Maungakawa Commencing at Te Wharewhakararo, and goes on to Pukemanuku and along by the Waiau Road to Maungakawa, then turns and goes to Parewhero, then comes along the Ridge until it strikes the boundary of Kameki
Arama Whakatau Oteao No. 1, near Whitianga The land is surveyed, and the boundaries shown on the map
