PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 7th July, 1873.

IN pursuance of the 20th section of “The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1870,” it is hereby notified for general information that application has been made to me by

MR EDWARD CONSTABLE,

for permission to use, for mill-driving purposes, the water flowing through allotments Numbers 11 and 12 of the Parish of Waiuku East, together with the right to construct a Dam thereupon.

PROCLAMATION.

By Joseph May, Esquire, Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

BY virtue of the powers and authority vested in the Superintendent under the 11th section of “The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1867,” I do hereby temporarily reserve, for the purposes hereinafter mentioned, until the next session of the Auckland Provincial Council, all those pieces or parcels of land specified in the Schedule hereunder.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the said Province, at Auckland, this eighth day of September, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.

SCHEDULE.

Educational Reserve.

All that piece or parcel of land in the Parish of Waitemata, County of Eden, containing two acres, more or less, and being the North-Eastern portion of allotment No. 2A of section No. 12 of the suburbs of Auckland.

Scoria Reserve.

All that piece or parcel of land in the Parish of Waitemata, County of Eden, containing two acres, more or less, and being the middle portion of allotment No. 2A of section No. 12 of the suburbs of Auckland.

Reserve for Public Recreation Ground.

All that piece or parcel of land in the Parish of Waitemata, County of Eden, containing 19 acres, more or less, and being the remaining unappropriated portion of allotment No. 2A of section No. 12 of the suburbs of Auckland.
