PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Auckland, 7th July, 1873.
IN pursuance of the 20th section of “The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1870,” it is hereby notified for general information that application has been made to me by
MR EDWARD CONSTABLE,
for permission to use, for mill-driving purposes, the water flowing through allotments Numbers 11 and 12 of the Parish of Waiuku East, together with the right to construct a Dam thereupon.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers and authority vested in the Superintendent under the 56th section of “The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1867,” I do hereby revoke the notification issued by John Williamson, Esquire, the Superintendent of the said Province, on the 4th day of May, 1868, whereby the lands in the Blocks specified in the Schedule thereunder written, and published in the Provincial Government Gazette, No. 26, dated 12th May, 1868, were set apart and reserved for Special Settlement.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent by “The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1867,” I do hereby notify for public information, that all those pieces or parcels of land, enumerated in the Schedule hereunder, will be offered for sale by Public Auction, as town and suburban lands.

CONDITIONS OF SALE.
- The land will be sold in lots by Auction to the highest bidder. In case of doubt as to the highest bidder for any lot, or in case the person to whom a lot has been knocked down shall fail to make the deposit hereinafter mentioned, the lot will be at once put up again.
