IN pursuance of the 20th section of “The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1870,” it is hereby notified for general information that application has been made to me by

MR EDWARD CONSTABLE,

for permission to use, for mill-driving purposes, the water flowing through allotments Numbers 11 and 12 of the Parish of Waiuku East, together with the right to construct a Dam thereupon.

PROCLAMATION.

By Joseph May, Esquire, Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers and authority in the Superintendent vested by the provisions of “The Marine Act, 1867,” I, Joseph May, Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, do hereby define the limits and boundaries of the Mangonui Wharf, for the purpose of the said recited Act, of the undermentioned Wharf, that is to say,

MANGONUI WHARF.

Bounded on the South-West by the Beach Road, on the North-West, North-East and South-East by the waters of Mangonui Harbour and by land between high and low water mark.

Given at Auckland, under my hand and the public seal of the said Province, this twenty second day of July, One thousand eight hundred and seventy three.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Auckland, 16th July, 1873.

IN pursuance of the sixth clause of “The Slaughterhouse Act, 1866,” it is hereby notified for general information, that application has been made by

ALBERT DORNWELL, of Auckland,

for the renewal of the Private Slaughterhouse License granted to his premises, situated near the Three Kings, being part of allotments Nos. 7 and 9, section 13.

Objections against the granting of such License must be lodged at this Office within one calendar month from the date of publication hereof.
