Meeting for the Election of a District School Committee, on Saturday, the 19th July, at the School House, Lucas Creek, at 2 p.m.

The Omaha Educational District.
Comprising all those lands included within the boundaries of the Omaha Highway District.

Meeting for the Election of School Committee will be held at the house of Mr. C. S. Clarke, on Saturday, the 26th day of July, 1873, at the hour of 2 o’clock, p.m.

IN accordance with the 14th section of "The Education Act, 1872," it is hereby notified that the Boundaries of the Warkworth District, as described in Gazette No. 19, 26th April, have been amended by the Board of Education as follows:—

THE WARKWORTH EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT.

Amended Boundaries.

Bounded towards the East by the Eastern boundaries of lots 33, 38, and 46 of the Parish of Mahurangi, thence by the Mahurangi River to Hepburn’s Creek; towards the South-East by the South-Eastern boundaries of lots 76, 77, 111, 171, 170, 168, 99, and 98 of the Parish of Mahurangi aforesaid; towards the South-West by part of the South-Western boundary of lot 129 of said Parish from lot 98 of the Parish of Mahurangi to the South-Eastern angle of lot 12 of the Parish of Kourawhero; again towards the South-East by the South-Eastern boundary of the Parish of Kourawhero aforesaid towards the West by the Western boundary of said Parish of Kourawhero; towards the North-West by the North-Western boundaries of the Parishes of Kourawhero and Mahurangi; and towards the North by part of the Northern boundary of the Parish of Mahurangi aforesaid to the North-Eastern angle of lot 33 of last named Parish, the place of commencement.

LAUGHLIN O’BRIEN, Registrar of The Supreme Court for the District of Auckland, do hereby notify that an Affidavit, a copy of which is hereunder given, by John Peter Du Moulin and William Baker, two of the Shareholders of "The Green Harp Gold Mining Company, Registered," has been lodged in the Resident Magistrate’s Court at Auckland, and forwarded to me, and that unless notice of objection be lodged with me within sixty days of this date, I shall proceed to declare the said Company to be dissolved in manner provided by "The Limited Liability Joint Stock Companies’ Dissolution Act, 1872."

We, John Peter Du Moulin of Auckland, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, Sharebroker, and William Baker of Auckland, aforesaid, Accountant, two of the Shareholders of "The Green Harp Gold Mining Company, Registered," incorporated under "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," do hereby make oath and say:

  1. That the nominal capital of the Company is ten thousand pounds, in five thousand shares of two pounds each.

  2. That the shares have been fully paid up.

  3. That the Company has no assets, and has ceased to carry on its operations, and we, the said John Peter Du Moulin and William Baker, do hereby
