NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Helensville, Kaipara, on the 21st of February next, and the following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries of the lands as translated from the claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Te Pepene Paki Wairau, near Otamatea, Kaipara A Government survey. On the Wairau River. The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Helensville, Kaipara.
Mahipoka, Paora Tuhaere, Taītari, and others Owharepapa, Kaipara The boundaries are shown on the map.
Waakā Tuaea, Arama Karaka, Keepa Matu, and others Rarapuka No. 2, Kaipara The boundaries are shown on the map.
Aperahama, Te Karu, Hakuene, Te Ratu, and others Pahunuhunu, Kaipara Commences at the West and goes towards the East and falls into Kaipara River, then goes towards the South until it reaches the boundary of Kaituna, then goes towards the West, turns and goes towards the South, turns again and goes towards the West until it reaches Te Werawera, turns here and goes towards the North until it reaches the commencing point.
Paora Kawharu Ahukaroro, near Te Tou Kauri, Kaipara Situate close to Te Tou Kauri, on the road going to Te Awaroa.
Arama Karaka, and Te Pepene Tumutumunui, near Otamatea, Kaipara Bounded on the one side by Maungaturoto, on another side by Wairau. Contains 125 acres.
Arama Karaka, Te Pepene Ohungarere, near Otamatea, Kaipara Bounded on one side by Maungaturoto, on another side by Wairau. Contains 81¼ acres.
Arama Karaka, Riria, Hapeta, and Wiapo Pakaraka, near Otamatea, Kaipara The boundary commences at the Korako River, and goes towards the East until it reaches Patuna, then turns towards the North until it reaches Ngapuketurua, then turns towards the West and goes to the source of the Airaupo River, then turns towards the South and goes on to the commencement.
Mihaka Makoare, Maka Haupu, Te Manahera Makoare, and Hirini Te Aure Pukekina, near Otamatea, Kaipara Commences on the North and goes by the Pahi River straight on to the road to Maungaturoto, then turns towards the East and goes to the Whakapiran River. On the South by the Aropawa River going on to Te Pahi.
