Western angle of lot 84 of the Parish of Pakuranga to Mellon’s Bay.

Meeting to Elect Committee, at the Court House, on Monday, the 12th May, at 7 p.m.

The Maungaturoto Educational District.

Comprising all those lands included within the boundaries of the Wairau Highway District, together with that parcel of land bounded towards the North by the boundary of the said Highway District towards the East by the Wairau Creek, and towards the South-West by a line being the production of the South-Western boundary of the said Wairau Highway District to the said Wairau Creek.

Meeting to Elect Committee, at the Church, on Monday, the 12th May, at 6 p.m.

The Ormond Educational District.

Starting from the Eastern corner of the Wairenahika Block following the Southern boundary of said block to a point where it meets the junction of the main road and Toanga road, thence following the Toanga road to the Pouparau block, hence following the Western boundary of said block and a straight line to the Waipawa stream; hence across the said stream to the mouth of the Whakaahu Creek, following the said creek to its junction with the Waikakariki Creek to its source; hence by a straight line to the Northern boundary of the Ormond settlement along the Eastern boundary of said Settlement and to the Eastern corner of the Wairenahika block, the starting point.

Meeting to Elect Committee, at the School House, on Saturday, 24th May, at 4 p.m.

The Frasertown Educational District.

Comprising all those lands included within a radius of 5 miles from Frasertown.

Meeting to Elect Committee, at the School, on Saturday, 24th May, at 4 p.m.

The Puhoi Educational District.

Bounded towards the North by part of the Northern boundary of the Puhoi Highway District from the North-Western angle of said district to the road which forms the Western boundary of lot 148 of Parish of Mahurangi; towards the East by a line from said road to the source of Te Muri Creek, thence by Te Muri Creek and by the Sea to the Puhoi River; towards the South by the Puhoi River, and by part of the Western boundary of the Puhoi block to the Waiwera River, thence by the Waiwera River and by the Southern boundary of the Puhoi Highway District, and towards the West by the Western boundary of the said Puhoi Highway District.

Meeting to Elect Committee, at the School, on Saturday, the 24th May, at 4 p.m.

In accordance with the 14th section of “The Education Act, 1872,” it is hereby notified that the boundaries of the Opaheke District, as described in Gazette No. 16, April 2nd, have been amended by the Board of Education as follows:

The Opaheke Educational District.

Amended Boundaries.

Bounded towards the North by the Papakura River from the Manukau Harbour to lot 29 of the Parish of Papakura, thence by the Northern boundary of said lot 29; towards the East by the Eastern boundaries of said lot 29 and lots Nos. 30 and 32 of the Parish of Papakura and by part of the Northern and the whole of the Eastern boundary of lot 29 of the Parish of Hunua; towards the South by the Southern boundary of lot 46 of the Parish of Opaheke and by the same produced to lot 42 of said Parish and by part of the Eastern and the whole of the Northern boundary of said lot 42; towards the West by part of the Western boundary of lot 39 of Parish last named by the Southern and Western boundaries of lot 40 of said Parish, by part of the Western boundary of lot 38 of the Parish of Opaheke aforesaid, by the Southern and Western boundaries of lot 36 of the Parish of Opaheke aforesaid to the North-Western angle of last named lot, and by the waters of the Manukau Harbour from the point last-named to the mouth of the Papakura River before-mentioned, the place of commencement.

Between RAPANA MAUNGANOA, Plaintiff;
and ROBERT GRAHAM, Defendant.

WHEREAS, by virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias issued in this action, and directed to me, ordering me that of the real and personal property of the above-named RAPANA MAUNGANOA I should cause to be made the sum of Thirty Pounds One Shilling and Sixpence, together with interest on the said sum at the rate of Eight Pounds per centum per annum from the 1st day of February, 1873, together with £2 12s 6d for the said Writ, besides Sheriff’s poundage, Officers fees, &c.: Now I do hereby give notice that I shall cause to be sold by Public Auction, by RICHARD ARTHUR, at his Auction Mart, Queen Street, Auckland, on the 22nd day of May, 1873, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, unless the said debt of £31 1s 6d and interest be sooner paid, together with the said sum of £2 12s 6d besides Sheriff’s poundage, Officers’ fees, &c.: All the Estate, Right, Title, and Interest of the said RAPANA MAUNGANOA, of, in, and to all that parcel of land in the Province of Auckland, at Grahamstown, containing by admeasurement one acre one rood thirteen perches, and being called or known as Lot 15, Kauaeranga district of Hauraki, Queen’s County, bounded towards the north-east by lot number fourteen, four hundred and sixty links; towards the south-east by lot number fourteen, four hundred and ninety-seven links; again towards the north-east by lot number fourteen, forty-eight links; again towards the south-east by lot number thirteen, one hundred and eight links; towards the south-west by lot number sixteen three hundred and twenty-six links; two hundred and twenty-three links, and thirteen link; and towards the north-west by lot No. fourteen, one hundred and two links and one hundred and twenty-five links.

And I further give notice that the Estate and Interest of the said RAPANA MAUNGANOA consists of his equity of redemption or other equitable estate in the same.
