HEREBY notify that, in pursuance of the seventh section of “The Highways Act, 1871, Amendment Act, 1871,” I have appointed Mr. John Harris McCaw to be an Auditor for the Tauranga North Town Highway District, in the place and stead of Mr. James Bodell, resigned.

Mangapiko.—Alfred Evinson Cox, to be Member, vice R. T. Millar, resigned.

Waikiekie.—Matthew Wouldes, to be Member, vice Robert Neville, resigned.

Matakohe.—John Ovens, to be Member, vice James Smith, resigned.
