In the Register Books in the proper office, estate in fee simple in the said land, and that the in the Province of Auckland aforesaid, as 434acres, same has been taken by me in execution at the suit of and which said block of land is numbered, known, the said Alexander Donald McTavish, the execution creditor; and referred to in the said Register Books, in the said office aforesaid, as 1361, which said piece or parcel of land is bounded on the north-east by other portion of the said Taumatawahine Block, 1,466 links, on the south and south-east by a creek known as the Taumatawahine Creek, 1,125 links, on the south and south-west by the Kapanga Road, 900 links, on the north-west and south-west by lines, 500 links and 425 links respectively, and on the north and north-west by a creek known as Sykes’s Creek, 325 links, be the said several admeasurements more or less, excepting the allotments numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 24, 93, and 76, of a division into allotments of the said Township of Bay View, as the said allotments are marked and delineated on the plan of the said Township of Bay View.

Advertisements must be forwarded to the Superintendent’s Office, at Auckland, or to the authorised Agent, at Grahamstown or at Coromandel, with prepayment of the charge for insertion at the rates above specified.

Advertisements should be written on one side of the paper; and names, signatures, &c., must be written in a legible hand, to save mistakes. The number of insertions required should be written across the face of the advertisement.

The Government will not guarantee the publication of any notice or advertisement within a given date; nor will the same be inserted unless pre-paid.

SUBSCRIPTION.

The subscription is at the rate of £2 per annum, 10s. 6d. per quarter, payable in advance. Subscriptions are required to terminate with the quarters ending March, June, September, or December; a less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.
