NOTICE is hereby given that the Office of the Collector, MR. WILLIAM ISAAC SPEIGHT, is at his residence, Alma Place, Parnell, and is the place appointed at which the rates for the above District are to be paid.

NOTICE is hereby given that the place appointed by the Board for payment of the Highway Rates for this District, is at the residence of the Collector, Mr. W. THOMPSON, North Shore.

Between RAPANAMAUNGANOA, Plaintiff;
and ROBERT GRAHAM, Defendant.

WHEREAS, by virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias issued in this action, and directed to me, ordering me that of the real and personal property of the above-named RAPANAMAUNGANOA I should cause to be made the sum of Thirty Pounds One Shilling and Sixpence, together with interest on the said sum at the rate of Eight Pounds per centum per annum from the 1st day of February, 1873, together with £2 12s 6d for the said Writ, besides Sheriff’s poundage, Officers fees, &c.: Now I do hereby give notice that I shall cause to be sold by Public Auction, by RICHARD ARTHUR, at his Auction Mart, Queen street, Auckland, on the 22nd day of May, 1873, at the hour of 12 o’clock noon, unless the said debt of £31 1s 6d and interest be sooner paid, together with the said sum of £2 12s 6d besides Sheriff’s poundage, Officers fees, &c.: All the Estate, Right, Title, and Interest of the said RAPANAMAUNGANOA, of, in, and to all that parcel of land in the Province of Auckland, at Grahamstown, containing by admeasurement one acre one rood thirteen perches, and being called or known as Lot 15, Kauaeranga, Auckland, of Hauraki, Queen’s County, bounded towards the north-east by lot number fourteen, four hundred and sixty links; towards the south-east by lot number fourteen, four hundred and ninety-seven links; again towards the north-east by lot number fourteen, forty-eight links; again towards the south-east by lot number thirteen, one hundred and eight links; towards the south-west by lot number sixteen, three hundred and twenty-six links, two hundred and twenty-three links, and thirteen links; and towards the north-west by lot number fourteen, one hundred and two links and one hundred and twenty-five links.

And I further give notice that the Estate and Interest of the said RAPANAMAUNGANOA consists of his equity of redemption or other equitable estate in the said land, and that the same has been taken by me in execution at the suit of the said ROBERT GRAHAM, the execution creditor.

SCHEDULE.

GRAFTON ROAD EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT.

Comprising all those lands situate within the boundaries of the Grafton Road Highway District as proclaimed in the Provincial Government Gazette, No. 25, dated the 18th July, 1872.

Meeting for Election of District School Committee at St. David’s School, Symonds-street, on Thursday, the 20th instant, at 7 p.m.

THE WADE EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the North-East by the sea from the Nukumea Creek to the South-Eastern boundary of allotment No. 5 of the Parish of Waiwera, thence by said boundary to the Weiti River and by said River to the North-Eastern boundary of allotment No. 1 of the Parish of Okura; towards the South-East by the last-named boundary and by a right line thence to the North-Eastern angle of allotment No. 29 of the Parish of Okura aforesaid and by the North-Eastern and part of the Western boundary of said Allotment No. 29; towards the West by the Western boundaries of allotments Nos. 7 and 8 of said Parish, the Western boundaries of allotments Nos. 50 and 47 of the Parish of Waiwera and by a right line thence to the road which forms the Southern boundary of allotment No. 195 of the Parish of Waiwera aforesaid and by the Eastern boundaries of allotments Nos. 195 aforesaid and 193 and 44 also of the Parish last mentioned; and towards the North-West by the North-Western boundaries of allotments Nos. 45, 209, 210, 74, 73, 72, 71, 70, 69, 68, 67, 233, 231, 232, and 28, all of the Parish of Waiwera aforesaid to the Nukumea Creek the place of commencement.

Meeting for the Election of School Committee at the Temporary School House, on Saturday, the 22nd March, at 5 p.m.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Office of the Board of Education,
Auckland, 14th March, 1873.

IN accordance with the 14th section of “The Education Act, 1872,” it is hereby notified that the Boundaries of the Newton District, as described in the Gazette of February 5th, (No. 5) have been amended by the Board of Education as follows:—

NEWTON EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the North-East by the Western boundary of the Grafton Road Highway District to the Northern angle of allotment No. 1 of Section No. 10 of the suburbs of Auckland, thence by the road which forms the Eastern boundary of said allotment; towards the South by the Southern boundaries of said lot 1 and lot 2F of Section No. 10 of said suburbs to the Mount Roskill Road; towards the South-West by the South-Western boundaries of said lot 2F and allotment No. 10 of Section No. 5 and allotment No. 15 of Section No. 7 both of the suburbs aforesaid to the Old Great North Road; and towards the North-West by the Old Great North Road aforesaid, and by the Karangahape Road to its junction with Symonds Street.
