By THOMAS BANNATYNE GILLIES, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers in me vested by “The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1870,” I do hereby proclaim and declare that all those parcels of land hereinafter mentioned shall be open for bona fide occupation, under the provisions of the said Act, on and after Tuesday, the 15th day of April, 1873.
Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the Province, at Auckland, this sixth day of March, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.

Application in writing for any of the land described as above must be made to Mr. George W. Armstrong, Chairman of the Komokoriki District Board, at his residence, Komokoriki.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent by “The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1867,” I hereby notify for public information, that all those pieces or parcels of land, enumerated in the Schedule hereunder, will be offered for sale by Public Auction, at the Waste Lands Office, Auckland, by the Waste Lands Commissioner, on Tuesday, the 15th day of April, 1873, as suburban land, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon.
