The following Bills passed by the Provincial Council and reserved by the Superintendent of the Province of Auckland for the signification of the Governor’s pleasure thereon, intituled—

  • "The Auckland Representation Act, 1872;"
  • "The Hauraki District Fire Rate Act, 1872;"
  • "The City Endowments Leasing Act, 1872;"
  • "The Taupo Road Act, 1872;" and
  • "The North Shore Reserve Act, 1872;"
    having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency has been pleased to assent to the same.
