Determined by the Native Lands Court of New Zealand on the 14th day of April, 1871, at Hamilton, in the District of Waikato, should be reheard before one Judge of the said Court and one Assessor thereof, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 30th day of June next.
Now I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Lands Court will be held at Mercer, Waikato, on the 18th day of April, 1872, for the rehearing of the above mentioned claim.

WHEREAS by an order in Council, made on the 16th day of August, 1871, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council, under “The Native Lands Act, 1865,” and “The Native Lands Act, 1867,” and “The Native Lands Act, 1870,” that the claim of Ruka Taurua and others to the piece of land called Te Awamarahi, being an island, situate in the Waikato River, heard and determined by the Native Lands Court of New Zealand on the 17th day of April, 1871, at Hamilton, in the District of Waikato, should be reheard before one Judge of the said Court and an Assessor thereof, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 30th day of June next.
Now I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Lands Court will be held at Mercer, Waikato, on the 18th day of April, 1872, for the rehearing of the aforesaid claim.
