HAURAKI GOLD MINING DISTRICT.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

IT is hereby notified that re-entry has been made by the Lessor upon the ground demised by the Leases hereunder named, and the Lessees’ estate therein respectively determined, and that the land therein mentioned will be open for occupation under sections 53, 54, and 55, of “The Gold Mining Districts Act, 1871.”

GERALD O’HALLORAN, ROBERT FERRIS, PATRICK O’NEILL, and GEORGE BLOTT (assigned to the Lady Bowen Gold Mining Company, Registered); 15 years’ lease of 14 acres 3 roods and 4 perches, 43 men’s ground, situated at Upper Tararu, adjoining the “Nightingale” claim. Lease dated 4th September, 1871.

JOHN BATES and JAMES ROULSTON; 15 years’ lease of 2 acres 3 roods and 13 perches, 8 men’s ground, adjoining the “Pickwick,” “Long Tunnell,” and “Just-in-Time” claims, Karaka block. Lease dated 4th September, 1871.

The Great Southern Gold Mining Company, Registered; 15 years’ lease of 15 acres and 3 roods,

46 men’s ground, situated at Tararu, near the “Sedan” claim. Lease dated 4th September 1871.

The Bellmount Gold Mining Company, Registered: 15 years’ lease of 8 acres 3 roods and 9 perches, 26 men’s ground, adjoining the “Kooringa” and “Cambria” claims, Waiotahi Creek. Lease dated 12th September, 1871.

GEORGE BULL; 15 years’ lease of 15 acres and 13 perches, 44 men’s ground, situated in the Karaka Block by the Hokianga Battery. Lease dated 15th January, 1872.

COROMANDEL.

DANIEL TOOKEY, CHARLES RING, and PETER JOSEPH TIERNEY; 15 years’ lease of 6 acres 3 roods and 26 perches, 20 men’s ground, situated on the Whakaroa Creek, and bounded by the “Kapanga No. 5,” “Matchless,” “Erin’s Hope,” “Golden City,” “Shooting Star,” and “Royal Exchange” claims. Lease dated 14th April, 1870.
