In pursuance of the sixth section of “The Slaughter-house Act, 1866,” it is hereby notified for general information, that application has been made to me by
Albert Dornwell, of Auckland,
for the renewal of the Private Slaughter-house License granted to his premises, situate near the Three Kings, being part of Allotments Nos. 7 and 9, section 13.
Objections against the granting of such License must be lodged at this Office within one calendar month from the date of publication hereof.

WHEREAS by virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias issued in this action, and directed to me, ordering me that of the real and personal property of the above-named Malcolm McInnes I should cause to be made the sum of Ninety Pounds Fourteen Shillings and Sixpence, together with interest on the said sum at the rate of Eight Pounds per centum per annum from the 14th day of May, 1872, together with £1 13s. 4d. for the said Writ and Warrant thereon, besides Sheriff’s poundage, Officer’s fees, &c.: Now I do hereby give notice that I shall cause to be sold by Public Auction, by Stannus Jones, at his Auction Mart, Queen-street, Auckland, on the 12th day of September, 1872, at the hour of 12 o’clock noon, unless the said debt of £90 14s. 6d. and interest be sooner paid, together with the said sum of £1 13s. 4d., besides Sheriff’s poundage, Officer’s fees, &c.: All the Estate, Right, Title, and Interest of the said Malcolm McInnes of, in, and to all that parcel of land in the Province of Auckland, containing by admeasurement one hundred and thirty-four acres, more or less, and being the north western portion of Allotment 39, Parish of Waiwera, in the County of Marsden. Bounded on the north-east by lines 95 links, 334 links, 382 links, 228 links, 484 links, 636 links, 174 links, and 138 links; on the south-east by other portion of Allotment No. 39, 8730 links; on the south-west by a road 100 links wide, 1170 links, 370 links, and 310 links; and on the north-west by a road of width aforesaid, and by Allotment No. 38, 6900 links.
And I further give notice that the Estate and Interest of the said Malcolm McInnes consists of an Estate in fee simple, free from incumbrances, and that the same has been taken by me in execution at
