WHEREAS by virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias issued in this action, and directed to me, ordering me that of the real and personal property of the above-named Malcolm McInnes I should cause to be made the sum of Ninety Pounds Fourteen Shillings and Sixpence, together with interest on the said sum at the rate of Eight Pounds per centum per annum from the 14th day of May, 1872, together with £1 13s. 4d. for the said Writ and Warrant thereon, besides Sheriff’s poundage, Officer’s fees, &c.: Now I do hereby give notice that I shall cause to be sold by Public Auction, by Stannus Jones, at his Auction Mart, Queen-street, Auckland, on the 12th day of September, 1872, at the hour of 12 o’clock noon, unless the said debt of £90 14s. 6d. and interest be sooner paid, together with the said sum of £1 13s. 4d., besides Sheriff’s poundage, Officer’s fees, &c.: All the Estate, Right, Title, and Interest of the said Malcolm McInnes of, in, and to all that parcel of land in the Province of Auckland, containing by admeasurement one hundred and thirty-four acres, more or less, and being the north western portion of Allotment 39, Parish of Waiwera, in the County of Marsden.
