I, THE undersigned, JAMES HULL, hereby make application to register “THE PREECE’S POINT GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED,” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts, 1869 and 1870,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, viz.:-

  1. The name and style of the Company is The Preece’s Point Gold Mining Company, Registered.

  2. The place of operations is at Preece’s Point, Coromandel Goldfields, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Six thousand and five hundred pounds in Six thousand and five hundred shares of One pound each.

  4. The amount already paid-up in cash is Nil, and Four thousand eight hundred and seventy-five pounds in partly paid-up shares, the estimated value of the mine.

  5. The name of the Manager is James Hull.

  6. The Office of the Company is at Preece’s Point, Coromandel.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows, namely :-

  1. The name and style of the Company is The Alhambra Gold Mining Company, Registered.

  2. The place of operations is at North Wynyardton, Coromandel, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Ten thousand pounds in Five thousand shares of Two pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up in cash is Four hundred pounds sterling, and in partly paid-up shares Five thousand pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Joseph Friar Clark.

  6. The Office of the Company is at No. 5 Insurance Buildings, Queen-street, Auckland.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows, namely :-

  2. The place of operations is at Coromandel Goldfields, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Two thousand pounds, in Two thousand shares of One pound each.

  4. The amount already paid-up in cash is Nil, and the amount paid up in partly paid-up shares is Fifteen hundred pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Alfred Augustus Browne.

  6. The Office of the Company is at Wyndham-street, Auckland.
