  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Seven thousand six hundred pounds, in Seven thousand six hundred shares of One pound each.

  4. The amount already paid-up is, in cash, Nil, and Five thousand seven hundred pounds in partly paid-up shares allotted to the Company.

  5. The name of the Manager is John Mowbray.

  6. The Office of the Company is at Number forty-four, Queen-street, Auckland.
