I, THE undersigned, THOMAS DOUGLAS, of Coromandel, hereby make application to register “THE CAITHNESS GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED,” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts, 1869 and 1870,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, viz.:-

The name and style of the Company is The Caithness Gold Mining Company, Registered.

The place of operations is at Syke’s Creek, Coromandel Goldfields, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

The nominal capital of the Company is Five thousand pounds, in Five thousand shares of One pound each.

The amount already paid-up in cash is Nil, and the amount in partly paid-up shares is Two thousand seven hundred and fifty pounds.
