AUCKLAND PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.

  1. The place of operations is at Paul’s Creek,
    at the Coromandel Goldfields, in the Province of
    Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  2. The nominal capital of the Company is Seven
    thousand five hundred pounds in Seven thousand five
    hundred shares of One pound each.

  3. The amount already paid-up in cash is Nil, and
    in partly paid-up shares Four thousand six hundred
    and eighty-seven pounds ten shillings.

  4. The name of the Manager is James Caddy
    Davies.

  5. The Office of the Company is at No. 7, Insur-
    ance Buildings, Auckland.

  6. The names and several residences of the share-
