at the Coromandel Goldfields, in the Province of
Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand. -
The nominal capital of the Company is Seven
thousand five hundred pounds in Seven thousand five
hundred shares of One pound each. -
The amount already paid-up in cash is Nil, and
in partly paid-up shares Four thousand six hundred
and eighty-seven pounds ten shillings. -
The name of the Manager is James Caddy
Davies. -
The Office of the Company is at No. 7, Insur-
ance Buildings, Auckland. -
