I, the undersigned, JAMES McCORMICK, hereby make application to register "THE PRIDE OF CALEDONIA GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts, 1869 and 1870," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, viz.:

  1. The name and style of the Company is The Pride of Caledonia Gold Mining Company, Registered.

  2. The place of operations is at Kapanga, Coromandel Goldfields, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Eight thousand pounds in Eight thousand shares of One pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up in cash is Nil, and Four thousand pounds in partly paid-up shares.

  5. The name of the Manager is James McCormick.

  6. The Office of the Company is at Kapanga aforesaid.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows, namely—

  4. The amount already paid up in cash is Nil, and the amount in partly paid-up shares is Six thousand pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Thomas Douglas.

  6. The Office of the Company is at the Beach, Kapanga.

Advertisements must be forwarded to the Superintendent’s Office at Auckland, or to the authorised Agent at Grahamstown or at Coromandel, with pre-payment of the charge for insertion at the rates above specified.

Advertisements should be written on one side of the paper; and names, signatures, &c., must be written in a legible hand, to save mistakes.

The number of insertions required should be written across the face of the advertisement.

The Government will not guarantee the publication of any notice or advertisement within a given date; nor will the same be inserted unless pre-paid.
