PROCLAMATION.

Esquire, Superintendent of the
Province of Auckland.
I, Thomas Bannatyne Gillies, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, by virtue of the powers in me vested by "The Protection of Animals Act, 1867," and the delegation of powers to me thereunder by His Excellency the Governor; do hereby revoke my Proclamation relating to Game, dated the twentieth day of March last, and in lieu thereof I do hereby proclaim and declare that Pheasants shall be open to be hunted, shot, taken, or killed within the Province of Auckland during the months of May, June, and July in this present year.
Given under my hand and seal, at Auckland, this twenty-third day of April, in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

PROCLAMATION.
By Thomas Bannatyne Gillies,
Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
In pursuance of "The Highways Act, 1871" and "The Highways Act 1871 Amendment Act, 1871," I do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the date of publication hereof, the Otaua Public Ferry at Port Albert shall be under the control of the Albertland South District Board under the said first recited Act.
Given at Auckland, under my hand and the public seal of the said Province, this twenty-second day of April, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By Thomas Bannatyne Gillies,
Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
Under and in pursuance of the powers in me vested by "The Impounding Act, 1867," I do hereby declare that the Town of Mangonui shall, from the date hereof, come and be within the operation of the provisions of the said Act, in respect of cattle so straying, going about, being tethered, or depastured in any highway or public place therein, according to the limits set forth in the Schedule hereunder.
