I, THE undersigned, George Stuart O’Halloran, hereby make application to Register “The Coromandel Beach Gold Mining Company, Registered,” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts, 1869 and 1870,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:-

  1. The name and style of the Company is, The Coromandel Beach Gold Mining Company, Registered.
  2. The place of operations is at the Foreshore, Coromandel Harbour, in the Province of Auckland in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Twenty-five thousand pounds, in Twelve thousand five hundred shares of Two pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up in cash is Nil, and in partly paid up shares £12,500.
  5. The name of the Manager is George Stuart O’Halloran.
  6. The Office of the Company is at Kapanga Road, Coromandel.
  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows, namely:—

To John Bigelow, of Auckland, in the County of Eden, in the Province of Auckland, and Colony of New Zealand, Shipwright, and M—— Gilfillan, of Auckland aforesaid, Master Mariner,

GREETING:

WE HEREBY command you that you retain and keep all and singular lands and other hereditaments, ships, moneys, and chattels, bills, bonds, and other property, of whatsoever nature, in your custody or under your control at the time of the service of this writ belonging to the above-named defendant, or to or in which such defendant shall at that time be legally or equitably entitled or otherwise beneficially interested, and whether solely or jointly with any other person or persons, and all debts of every kind then due by you to such defendant, although the same or any part thereof may be payable only at a future day.

Witness: His Honor Sir George Alfred Arney, Knight, Chief Justice of our said Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Auckland, this twenty-second day of March, 1872.

This writ was sued out by John Benjamin Russell, of Shortland-street, Auckland, Solicitor for the said Plaintiff.
