THE undersigned John Mowbray, hereby make application to register "The Aurora Gold Mining and Quartz Crushing Company, Registered," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

The name and style of the Company is the Aurora Gold Mining and Quartz Crushing Company, Registered.

The place of operations is at Upper Tararu, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

The nominal capital of the Company is £2,300 in 2,300 shares of £1 each.

The amount already paid up in cash is Nil, and £1,150 in partly paid-up shares allotted to the shareholders.

The name of the Manager is John Mowbray.
