I HEREBY notify that Crown Grants, in favour of the persons named in following Schedule, are now ready for delivery at the Office of the Registrar of Deeds, Auckland.

I, THE undersigned, RODERICK McDONALD SCOTT, hereby make application to Register The (Moanataiari) Union Gold Mining Company, Registered, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts, 1869 and 1870," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely—

The name and style of the Company is The (Moanataiari) Union Gold Mining Company, Registered.

The place of operations is at the Moanataiari Creek, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland in the Colony of New Zealand.

The nominal capital of the Company is Three thousand three hundred and sixty Pounds in Three thousand three hundred and sixty shares of one Pound each.

The amount already paid up in cash is "Nil," and in partly paid-up shares is One thousand six hundred and eighty Pounds, being the estimated value of the Company’s Mine.

The name of the Manager is R. McDONALD SCOTT.

The office of the Company is at Owen-street, Grahamstown.

SALMON, hereby make application to register The City of Dunedin Gold Mining Company, Registered, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Acts, 1865," and "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Amendment Acts, 1869 and 1870," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely—

The number of insertions required should be written across the face of the advertisement.
