I, THE undersigned FRANCIS JOSEPH WARDELL, hereby make application to register “THE STAR OF THE THAMES GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED,” under the provisions of the “Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts, 1869 and 1870,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely—
- The name and style of the Company is The Star of the Thames Gold Mining Company, Registered.

- The nominal capital of the Company is Ten thousand eight hundred pounds, in Five thousand four hundred shares of Two pounds each.
