AUCKLAND PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.
NOTICE.
Native Lands Court,
Auckland, November 8th, 1871.
WHEREAS by an order in Council, made on the 11th day of May, 1871, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council, under "The Native Lands Act, 1865," and "The Native Lands Act, 1867," and "The Native Lands Act, 1870," that the claims of Mata Tahuna, Tukua Te Raumhi, Paea Te Karamu, Aperahama Pokai, Te Kupenga, Te Waero, Paraeana Herua, Rehipete Paerau, Potatau, Ngakete, Paora Te Mihirahi, Ngatai, and others, aboriginal natives of New Zealand, residing at Hauraki, to a piece of land called Orere, situate at Taupo, in the District of Hauraki, was heard, and a certain order was thereupon made by the Native Lands Court of New Zealand should be re-heard before one Judge of the said Court and one Assessor thereof, and that such re-hearing shall take place before the 1st day of December next.
Now I hereby give notice that a Sitting of the Native Lands Court will be held at Auckland on the 30th day of November, 1871, for the rehearing of the above-mentioned claim.

Na, he Panuitanga tenei kia mohiotia ai ka noho te Kooti Whakawa Whenua Maori ki Akarana, a te 30 o nga ra o Nowema, 1871, ki te whakawahou i tenei piihi whenua.
