Pita Taurua Kapanga Mud-flat No. 4, near Coromandel Commencing on the Coromandel beach, at the mouth of the Kapanga river on the boundary of Kapanga Mud-flat No. 3; it runs in that river to the road that goes to the wharf; it there turns and runs in a southerly direction along the boundary of the lands for which Crown Grants have been issued till it comes opposite Ngabuhui; it turns there and runs to a peg at low water-mark; it runs along low-water mark to the mouth of the Kapanga river—the commencing point. Resident Magistrate, Coromandel.
Ani Paratene Kapanga Mud-flat No. 5, near Coromandel Commencing on the Coromandel beach, opposite to Ngabuhui, on the boundary of Kapanga Mud-flat No. 4; it runs along high-water mark to Preece's Point; it then runs to low water mark to a peg, it runs along low-water mark to a peg on the boundary of Kapanga Mud-flat No. 4; it then turns and goes ashore opposite to Ngabuhui to the commencing point. Resident Magistrate, Coromandel.
Harata Patene Waiau Mud-flat, near Coromandel Commencing on the Coromandel beach at high-water mark at Preece's Point, it runs along the boundary of the land for which a Crown Grant has been issued to Mr. Preece till it comes to the Waiau River; it runs on to the mouth of the Waiau River at low-water mark, it turns and runs along low-water mark till it comes opposite to Preece's Point on the boundary of Kapanga Mud-flat No. 4; it then goes to Preece's Point—the point of commencement. Resident Magistrate, Coromandel.
Repin Tokata Rangihau, near Whitianga The boundaries are shown on the map.
Miriama Tehi and others Papatawatawas, near Whitianga Commences at the mouth of the Tairua River and goes in a westerly direction in the Takau-whawha stream, and follows along the boundary of the land which is occupied as the site of the Tairua saw mill to a peg on the western side of the line; it then turns and goes in a south-easterly direction to a stream; it goes to the mouth of the Tairua River; it turns to the north-west and goes along high-water mark to the commencement at Takauwhawha.
Makoare Te Pukeroa and Kapanga Te Arakuri Kapanga, in Kapanga Adjoining the block known as Mr. O'Neil's land south-west, and fronting the Kapanga Road, on the east by land known as the property of Mr. Sykes, and again on the north by property of the said Mr. O'Neil and Mr. Sykes, as surveyed by Mr. Lloyd.

The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the Court-house of the Resident Magistrate, Coromandel.
