I, THE undersigned Thomas Douglas, of Coromandel, hereby make application to register "The Argo Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts, 1869 and 1870," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is The Argo Gold Mining Company, Registered.

  2. The place of operations is at Tokatea Range, Coromandel Goldfields, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Twenty thousand pounds in Twenty thousand shares of One pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up in cash is Nil, and the amount paid up in partly paid up shares is Fifteen thousand pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Thomas Douglas.

  6. The Office of the Company is at The Beach, Coromandel.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of Shares held by each, at this date are as follows, namely:—

I, THE undersigned, Edward Thomas Wildman, hereby make application to register "The City of Aberdeen Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the "Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and the "Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Acts Amendment Acts, 1869, and 1870," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is The City of Aberdeen Gold Mining Company, Registered.

  2. The place of operations is at Upper Tararu, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Nineteen thousand two hundred pounds in Nine thousand six hundred shares of Two pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up is in cash Nil, and in partly paid up shares allotted to shareholders, Nine thousand six hundred pounds, being the estimated value of the mine.

  5. The name of the Manager is Edward Thomas Wildman.

  6. The Office of the Company is at Brown-street, Grahamstown.

  7. The names and several residences of the Shareholders, and the number of Shares held by each at this date are as follows, namely:—

  2. The place of operations is at the Coromandel Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Twelve thousand pounds.

  4. The amount paid up is One hundred and twenty pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Richard Kemm Baber.

  6. The Office of the Company is in High street, Auckland.
