NOTICE.
Native Lands Court,
Auckland, November 3rd, 1871.
WHEREAS by an order in Council, made on the 16th day of August, 1871, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council, under "The Native Lands Act, 1865," and "The Native Lands Act, 1867," and "The Native Lands Act, 1870," that the claim of Hone Harimana and Hori Harimana to the piece of land called Hauauru, in the District of Hokianga, heard and determined by the Native Lands Court of New Zealand on the 26th day of June, 1871, at Onoke, in the District aforesaid, should be reheard before one Judge of the said Court and one Assessor thereof, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 30th day of June next.
Now I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Lands Court will be held at Onoke, Hokianga, on the 15th day of November for the rehearing of the afore-mentioned claim.

I, THE undersigned, Edward Thomas Wildman, hereby make application to register "The Guildhall Gold Mining Company Registered," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge true in every particular namely—

The name and style of the Company is The Guildhall Gold Mining Company, Registered.

The place of operations is at Wiseman’s Gully, at the Thames Goldfields, in the Province of Auckland in the Colony of New Zealand.

The nominal capital of the Company is Six thousand pounds, in Six thousand shares of One pound each.

The amount already paid up is in cash Nil, and in partly paid up shares allotted to the shareholders Three thousand pounds, being estimated value of the mine.

The name of the manager is Edward Thomas Wildman.

The office of the Company is at Brown Street, Grahamstown.
