I, THE undersigned, D. G. MacDonnell, hereby make application to register "The Long Tunnel Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions of the "Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely—
- That the name and style of the Company is The Long Tunnel Gold Mining Company, Registered.
- The place of operations is at the Kuranui Spur, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
- The nominal capital of the Company is Ten thousand eight hundred pounds, in Three thousand six hundred shares of Three pounds each.
- The amount already paid up in cash is Nil, the amount paid up in shares allotted to the shareholders is Five thousand four hundred pounds.
- The name of the Manager is Dennis Gilmore MacDonnell.
- The office of the Company is at Grahamstown.
