Auckland, August 3rd, 1871.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at the sitting of this Court, to be held at Whangarei on the 14th of September next and following days, will be heard the claims of the persons whose names appear in the first column, to succeed to the interest of the persons deceased, whose names appear in the second column, in the blocks of land named in the third column.

He Panuitanga tenei kia mohiohia ai, kei te nohanga o tenei Kooti ki Whangarei, a te 14 o nga ra o Hepetema, 1871, te whakawakia ai te take o nga tangata e mau nei o ratou ingoa i te rarangi tuatahi, ki nga piihi whenua a nga tangata kua mate, e mau nei o ratou ingoa i te rarangi tuarua, ko nga piihi whenua kei te rarangi tuatoru.
