  2. The place of operations is at Tinker’s Gully, Tararu, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the company is Nine thousand pounds in Three thousand six hundred shares of Two pounds ten shillings each.

  4. The amount already paid up in cash is Nil, and in partly paid up shares allotted to the shareholders Three thousand six hundred pounds, being the estimated value of the mine.

  5. The name of the manager is EDWARD THOMAS WILDMAN.
