I, THE undersigned, ROBERT HORNE, hereby make application to Register "THE QUEBEC GOLD MINING COMPANY," under the provisions of the "Mining Companies' Limited Liability Acts, 1865, 1869, and 1870," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely—

  1. The name and style of the Company is The Quebec Gold Mining Company Registered.

  2. The place of operations is at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Fourteen thousand and four hundred pounds, in Seven thousand two hundred shares of Two pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Seven thousand and two hundred pounds made up as follows, namely—The sum of Six thousand seven hundred and fifty pounds allotted in partly paid up shares, and the sum of four hundred and fifty pounds in cash.

  5. The name of the Manager is ROBERT HORNE.

  6. The office of the Company is in Queen-street, in the City of Auckland.
