NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Helensville, Kaipara on the 14th of February next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant Name and Locality of Block Boundaries of the lands as translated from the claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Te Waaka Tuaea Tungoungou, near Kaipara On the South side of Unahirere. Helensville.
Te Otene Kikokiko, Kiwera, Mawete, Te Ratu, Paraone, and others Kaipatiki, near Kaipara Commencing at Te Toupapaka it runs to Kiriparauri, it goes to Te Moengaohau, to Motumahimahi, to Waipuna, to Pukemangina, to Paparona, and to Tahiwiwi. Kaipara.
Te Kiri Tawharanui, near Whangateau Commencing at Waimaru it runs along the coast and comes to Tawharanui point, it follows the coast to Matatuahu then follows the surveyed line to Waimanui.
Wiremu Reweti, Paora Tuhaere, Tantari, Hakune, and Patoromu Oneonennemi, near Kaipara The boundaries are shown on the Surveyor's map.
Nopera Te Waitaheke, and Te Kepa Matu Muriwai, Kaipara The boundary commences at Okaihau and goes to the Muriwai river, continues on to Okiritoto, to Ramapukatea and Raoraotawa, and meets the boundary Taupaki. It turns and goes in a Westerly direction, continuing till it meets the boundary of Pukemoki, it turns and follows a north-westerly direction till it meets Okaihau. Kaipara.
Nopera Parenga, Tantari, Te Kepa Matu, Paiura Patu, Hote, Te Hakune, and others Muriwai, Kaipara Bounded on the South by Taupaki, on the North-east by the Hauranui stream, on the North-west by the Muriwai river, and on the West by the ocean.
Wiremu Rewiti Paekawan, near Kaipara Bounded on the North by Waipapa, going on to Te Mutu, then continuing on till it falls into the Paekawau swamp.
Wiremu Reweti, Paora Paramena, and others Ururua, near Kaipara Commencing on the Southern boundary at Te Waimanu it comes to Waipapa, and goes straight to Pukeatua, it turns to the North to Waipatukahu, continues on to Te Puna-i-taihana and Miringarangi, it then turns to the Southern boundary to Te Waimanu.
H. Utakura, and A. Te Karu Ongarahu, near Ruarangihaereere, Kaipara Commences on the Kaipara river and runs along the boundary of Ruarangihereere block to Kotara, it then goes in a Southerly direction, and comes to Te Oropuriri it goes in a North-easterly direction, and... Kaipara.

The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the Court-house of the Resident Magistrate, Helensville.
