UPON LANDS IN THE OCCUPATION OF LICENSEES OR OTHER PERSONS.

In conformity to “The Protection of Animals Act Amendment Act, 1868,” Licences to kill Game have been issued to the undermentioned persons since the 30th ultimo.

I, THE undersigned, ALFRED SILK, hereby make application to register “The Venus Gold Mining Company, Registered,” under the provisions of the “Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and “Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Acts Amendment Acts, 1869 and 1870,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely–

  1. That the name and style of the Company is the “Venus Gold Mining Company, Registered.”

  2. The place of operations is at the Kapanga Beach, at the Coromandel Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the company is Three thousand pounds in Three thousand shares of One pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up Eighteen hundred pounds.

  5. The name of the manager is ALFRED SILK.

  6. The office of the Company is at King’s Road, Coromandel.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows, namely:–
