I THE undersigned, DAVID PHILP, of Grahams-town, hereby make application to Register
"THE BELLMOUNT GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED," under the provisions of the "Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and the "Mining Companies Limited Liability Amendment Act, 1869," and the "Amendment Act of 1870," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely—

  1. The name and style of the Company is The Bellmount Gold Mining Company, Registered.

  2. The place of operations is at the Waiotahi Creek, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Eight thousand pounds, in Eight thousand shares of One pound each.

  4. The amount paid up is in cash nil; and in partly paid-up shares Six thousand pounds, being the estimated value of the mine.

  5. The name of the Manager is DAVID PHILP.

  6. The office of the Company is in Davy-street, Grahamstown.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows, namely—

I THE undersigned, EDWARD HONISS, hereby make application to Register "THE INTERLUDE GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED," under the provisions of the "Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and the "Mining Companies Limited Liability Amendment Act, 1869," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely—

  1. The name and style of the Company is The Interlude Gold Mining Company Registered.

  2. The place of operations is at the Waiotahi Creek, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Three thousand pounds, in Three thousand shares of One pound each.

  4. The amount paid up is in cash nil; and One thousand five hundred pounds being the estimated value of the Company’s mine.

  5. The name of the Manager is ALFRED WALKER.

  6. The office of the Company is in Owen-street, Grahamstown.

  1. That the name and style of the company is The Crown Prince Gold Mining Company, Registered.

  2. That the place of operations is at the Grahamstown Flat, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Twenty-four thousand pounds, in Twelve thousand shares of Two pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up in cash is Nil.

  5. The name of the Manager is ALFRED WALKER.

  6. The office of the Company is in Owen-street, Grahamstown.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows, namely—
