Auckland, May 12th, 1871.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council made the fourteenth day of December, 1870, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council under the authority of “The Native Lands Act 1865,” and “The Native Lands Act, 1867,” and “The Native Lands Act, 1870,” that the claim of Rangatira Moetara and others to a piece of land called Waimamaku, in the District of Hokianga, Province of Auckland, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand on the 10th day of October, 1870, should be re-heard before a Judge of the said Court and one Assessor thereof, and that such re-hearing shall take place before the 30th day of June next.
Now I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Onoke, Hokianga, on the 26th day of June next for the rehearing of the afore-mentioned claim.
