I, THE undersigned, WILLIAM BARCLAY HEATH, hereby make application to Register "The City of Boston Gold Mining Company, Registered" under the provisions of "The Mining Companies' Limited Liability Act, 1865" and the "Mining Companies' Limited Liability Amendment Act, 1869," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely—

The name and style of the Company is The City of Boston Gold Mining Company, Registered.
The place of operations is at the Tararu Creek at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
The nominal capital of the Company is Eight hundred and eighty pounds in Eight hundred and eighty shares of £1 each.
The amount paid in cash is Nil.
The name of the Manager is WILLIAM BARCLAY HEATH.
The office of the Company is in Owen-street, Grahamstown.
