I HEREBY notify for general information that I have appointed
Albert James Allom, Esq.,
to be Mining Registrar for the Thames Gold Field, from the 17th instant.

The Managers of Companies registered under the Mining Companies Limited Liabilities Acts are reminded that, in the months of January and July respectively, in each year, full and correct accounts of the Assets and Liabilities of such Companies must be published in the New Zealand Gazette, and in the Provincial Government Gazette. The charge for such publication in this Gazette is 5s. which must be pre-paid.
Their attention is further directed to clauses 13 and 14 of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act Amendment Act 1850," requiring statements of the affairs of the Companies to be published in June and December annually, under penalty of £200.
