By virtue of the powers in me vested under the provisions of "The Highways Act, 1867," I do hereby delegate unto the Highway Trustees of the Mount Eden District under the said Act; and to their successors in office, the powers and authority vested in me, as Superintendent, by the fourth, fifth, and ninth Sections of "The Thistle Act, 1858."

DANIEL AUSTIN TOLE, Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Province of Auckland, by virtue of the powers in me vested, by clause 69 of "The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1867," do hereby delegate to the Board of Trustees of the Panmure Highway District, all the powers given and duties imposed by the Ordinance in the said clause mentioned, to or upon the Commissioner of Crown Lands, or Wardens in relation to the management of Crown Lands, within the limits of such portion of the Hundred of Panmure as is comprised within the Panmure Highway District.
