Name of Claimant Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries of the lands as translated from the claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection
Pera Kati, and Matire Toha Te Pukapuka, near Orakei Commencing at Pikiparia, it goes on and comes out on the public road to Tamaki; it then goes in the river and reaches the beach, it then follows the beach to Pikiparia.
Ihaia Te Kopi, Tamehana Patoromu, Manihera, Apehaka, Te Kaka and others Mahauhiani, near Manukau Commences at Tipitai and goes to the South to Maukuku, Te Whaka-o-te-Maranga and Waipohue; it turns to the West at Paerae and Te Pae-o-Kokako, and comes to the Manukau harbour, and meets at Tipitai.
Paora Tuhaere and others Taurarua, near Auckland The boundaries are in the Taurarua Creek, goes straight from that creek and ascends to Rev. Kissling's school-house, and comes out on the public road to Onehunga; it meets Te Ruareorea Creek where it stops, it follows that creek and comes out on the Itineran Creek, it then goes down to the mud flat.

Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, September 27, 1870.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at the sitting of this Court to be held at Auckland, on the 20th of December next and following days, will be heard the claim of the person, whose name appears in the first column, to succeed to the interest of the person deceased, whose name appears in the second column, in the block of land named in the third column.
