NOTICE.

Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, September 22, 1870.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at the sitting of this Court to be held at Haruru, Waitangi, on the 21st of November next and following days, will be heard the claims of the persons, whose names appear in the first column, to succeed to the interest of the persons deceased, whose names appear in the second column, in the blocks of land named in the third column.

NOTICE.

Native Lands Court Office,
Auckland, September 22nd, 1870.

WHEREAS, by an Order in Council made on the 19th day of April last, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council, under the authority of "The Native Lands Act, 1865" and "The Native Lands Act, 1867," that the Claim of Wiremu Keepa Hoete and others, to a piece of land called "Motutere," situate in the District of Coromandel, Province of Auckland, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand, on the 21st day of January, 1870, should be re-heard before one Judge and two of the Assessors of the Court, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 31st day of December next.

Now, I hereby give Notice, that a Sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Shortland, on the 8th day of November next, for the rehearing of the aforesaid claim.

Now, I hereby give Notice, that a Sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Shortland, on the 5th day of November next, for the rehearing of the aforesaid claim.
