NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Shortland, Hauraki, on the 8th day of November next and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and locality of Block. Boundaries of the lands as translated from the claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Riwai Te Kiore, Tamaerepo Papa-koura and Hemi Takapuwahie Otoro, near Wharekaho Commences on the Otama stream at the upper end, it goes along the ridge and there ends, it runs along the Pungarehuroa stream which forms a boundary; the Western boundary comes from there. The Maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed, can be seen in the Office of the Inspector of Surveys, Auckland
Te Reweti Rangikaiwhiria, and Te Pukeroa Te Riaki Patate, near Te Puriri On the map, this land has been surveyed.
W. H. Taipari and others Te Reureu, near Shortland The boundaries are shown on the map.
Henare Whakarongohau, Te Hapimana, Rania, Te Hemoata, and Matiaha Kahumu Te Poka, Hauraki A small piece of land on the Waiwhakaurunga river, the boundaries of which are shown on the map.
Tukua Te Rauroha, and Wiremu Te Oka Waitawa, near Wairoa The boundaries (on one side) are Koherunui, Orakau, Te Uhonga, Waipatukahu, Waitawa, and Pawhetau, it goes towards the West and runs along the ridge to Te Waiwhakairo, it then goes to the North-west to Te Kirikiri, and then to the East, and comes to Koherunui.
Nikorima Poutotara Waiari, near Kauaeranga The boundaries of this land are shown on the map.
Tamihana Unahi, Ngamuka, Ta whiri, Hamiora, Heteraka, and Hone Ropiha Te Kerepehi, near Piako Bounded by Toiakura, Horahia, Kopuraruai, Karingaio, Te Waruhanga, Te Kurupapa, and Rakangaio.
Pahau Ngatawa, Ruta Te Atanga, and Peata Puiraki Kaitawa, near Shortland The boundaries are shown on the map.
Riria Tuipeke, Timoti Te Ituia, and others Te Arawaere, near Wharekawa Bounded by Te Arawaere, Whaikaka, Te Whakau, Te Koao, Pukehuia, (the boundary) comes to Opita where it ends.
Pirika Riupoto, and others Te Kapua, near Te Karaka The boundaries are shown on the map.
Hotereni Taipari, Konui, and Raika Meremana Ngauhiku, near Shortland " " "
