NATIVE LANDS COURT.
NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.
NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Toumuia, Whitianga, on the 4th day of October next and following days.

| Maihi Te Hinaki and others | Kaimanawa, in Whitianga | Commencing at Waitanoa, it runs along the ridge to Porotaha, it descends to Matewhau river, it crosses to Opinenga and continues on to Waitarata, it goes along the Pukekohe ridge and goes on to Tamure Patua, to Hikurangi, and to Pourua, it goes below Whareana and continues on to Te Tuhi and Pukeotahi; it follows the ridge until it comes to the boundary of Mahakirau, it continues on in that boundary to Kakatarahae, to Moturoa and Manutahi, it goes on to Otehapu and to the Mahakirau river, then on to the Tipare river, it follows that river to its source, it follows the surveyed boundary to the source of the Waiparapara stream, it follows that stream to its junction with Whangamaroro, it then follows that river to Te Pupuke, it then goes straight to the surveyed boundary of the Whangamaroro block, and follows the boundary of that block and comes to Te Wharawhara, it then goes along the Whangamaroro river to the mouth of Wharawhara, it then goes along the Whangamaroro river to Te Koromiko, and continues on to Maungarahi, and to Te Ana, it follows the surveyed boundary of Te Ana and comes to the Whitianga harbour, and goes on to Waitanoa. | Office of the Inspector of Surveys, Auckland. |
